Bandai Reveals Japanese Spiderman Madness with S.H.Figuarts Spider-Man, Soul of Chogokin, & Super Mini Pla Leopardon

Bandai is bringing an amazing wave of Tokusatsu to the states. We will have two new streaming channels, Toei Tokusatsu World Official YouTube channel and TokuSHOUTsu. This is coming to us through the combined efforts of Shout! and Pluto TV (Channel 681) joining the already established Toku channel on Amazon. We have unpaired access to Tokusatsu programming like never before. We have never, and I mean never had this much content available. And that’s where our band new wave of amazing toys come in.

In 1978, Marvel licensed out Spider-Man to Japan. They did not have the watch dogs of Disney back then. They just let them do what ever they needed for the Japanese market. So that they did, and what was popular was Tokusatsu. Easy explanation: Spider-Man fights monsters. They then get giant so he of course gets in his hot rod that docks in his space ship that then transforms into a giant Spider-Man robot. I am not making this up, seriously, and it all works with a hard of hearing Alexa that you have to yell into.
