Robo Toy Fest is an annual single-day toy show that takes place in late spring at the Pasadena Convention Center, in Pasadena, California. It is an amazing show with a serious number of vendors where collectors of rare, amazing toys can come together and make sure their wallets are properly depleted. Sure, there are Robotech, jumbo Machinder, Megazords, and Transformers galore, but other vendors had classic fan favorites like Ninja Turtles, MOTU, and crafty items.
Did we mention the show’s promoter is none other than Toy Wizards founder and owner Scott Zillner?!
With three out of four Toy Wizards on site, Aaron Sparrow and I took a spin around the convention center, on the hunt for awesome toys to share with viewers and readers.
While nearly all of the booths were smash hits, the booth that killed it was without a doubt, Juan’s from Retro Game Stash. Not only did he have an amazing collection that people came to the show just to see, but he made an awesome video for his own YouTube channel that documents just how exciting Robo Toy Fest 2019 really was!
