I knew that one day, there would be a creation made from LEGOs that made my heart skip a beat.
Sure, I’ve seen hundreds of sets that impressed me. I’ve seen master artists recreated scenes from historic battles using only the little squared-off pixels of magic. These sprawling sculptures are incredible. Mind-blowing. Inconceivable to for this Wizard to even begin to fathom how such incredible feats of hand-creations were achieved.
But oh my flippin’ goodness, have you ever seen a Macross Valkyrie in Chibi-LEGO form?
With the bulk of his creations available for viewing via Facebook, Creations by Lendy has some of the most stunning fan-made robot creations in the world. Among the best are Voltron, Skyfire from Transformers, the VF-1 from Macross, The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers Megazord, and more!
G1 Skyfire has been one of my favorite Autobot and have always wanted a toon accurate toy unfortunately the one that was released was a recolored Valkyrie from the Macross series. Recently, Hasbro released images of the new Seige Jetfire which is faithful to the original cartoon design. Inspired by it, I decided to try my hands on building a LEGO Chibi Skyfire — Creations by Lendy
