EERIE ATMOSPHERE
Ordinary tap water powers the vapor effect. Fill the reservoir, then flip the switch on the back of the set and press the button by the exhaust vent to start mist flowing across the rooftop.

The Bat-Signal™ can be moved around on set and swiveled up and down. Switch it on and off, and between steady or flashing modes, with a button on the back.
