Today Mcfarlane informed customers that on top of a Supergirl Figure the Joke Cover recreation was also taken and the entire supply of figures are gone. Any of the missing Supergirl or Jokers that might pop up on eBay will be Hot product.
We are writing to inform you that early last week a tractor-trailer with a full shipping container was stolen while in route to the McFarlane Toys Store warehouse. Among the numerous McFarlane Toys figures in cargo was the entire US production run of The Joker(Batman: The Killing Joke) Gold Label McFarlane Cover Recreations. This theft is currently being actively investigated by Law Enforcement.
McFarlane Toys does not take this situation lightly. Throughout the week we monitored the situation and were hopeful that the stolen cargo would be recovered so we could fulfil orders as scheduled. Unfortunately, there has been no further information or developments at this time. As this figure was sold-out through the pre-order, we are faced with a very difficult situation of what to do. We regret to inform you that due to this unforeseen circumstance we must CANCEL ALL PRE-ORDERS for:
