One of the best looking figures from McFarlane Toys was shown off this last weekend at Phoenix Fan Fusion with a pre order date of Tuesday. Many of us were waiting for this with great hopes of an even fuller Super Powers collection of Darkside. Apparently too many of us. He sold out in 10 minutes on every sales channel. The other week Cyborg Superman having a similar fate. McFarlane has won over the DC Universe collectors already but the tide is turning as more and more fans can’t collect those toys we want. Instant sell outs are great if your Mattel and want that kinda quick turn over to slap yourself on the back what a great sell out you did. But realistically we collectors just want to buy a toy and not worry about market prices on eBay. Hopefully the Toddfather will post this run later and we will get a second chance.
