The Technical Details

We are launching with 3 designs, each big enough to hold 100 double sleeved cards, along with a dice drawer.

They feature a magnetic closure, no annoying friction fit.

Each box is a unique undead warrior, rendered in matte paint with baked in lighting and a heavy black line over a low relief sculpt. This combination fools the eye, tricking the viewer into believing they are seeing something that defies the lighting in any given room. They are bright and bold and demand attention from across the room or across the table.

Every Dead Box is made from two materials, ABS for the inner components to provide strength and reliable fit. And soft PVC for the outer cover, to give a premium feel and avoid the cheap clickety-clack feel of hard plastic.

They are painted with unique soft touch paint that can best be described as “velvety” under the finger tips.

THARAX: THE UNDROWNED

From a land of olive trees and marble columns, he commanded a mighty fleet of triremes before the betrayal of a jealous King left him and his men at the bottom of sea. There he now resides, in the timeless limbo of undeath, waiting to exact his revenge.

AKAGE: BLOOD WOLF

Under the red banner of the 3-eyed wolf, with dying breath, a warrior offered his soul in the name of revenge. Now, among the wolves, he stalks the reaches of that haunted forest. For those who see three glowing eyes in the night a blood red sword will soon follow to take their head.

SIGVAR: THE DENIER

On a snow swept battlefield two would fight to decide the fate of many. After besting his opponent and offering mercy, a stab in the back would mark his end. Many died in the ensuing battle, but only he would receive the Valkyries call. He denied his rightful place in the Realm of the Gods, and now walks amongst the damned on a quest for vengeance.
