Since 1977, Ogre has been one of the best-loved tactical ground-combat games. The simplicity of the mechanics, the speed of play, and the sheer scale of the conflict made the game an instant classic.
Thanks to the support of the Ogre community, we’ve produced three sets of plastic Ogre miniatures, making it easy for players to collect dozens – hundreds! – of miniatures at a reasonable price. We’re back with the fourth and final set of plastic Ogre Miniatures.
Ogre Miniatures Set 4 comes to BackerKit Crowdfunding packed with over 80 unpainted plastic miniatures. Save as much as $17 on Set 4 with our special campaign pricing. Fill out your existing plastic Ogre collection, or start one today!
Want to use your minis with your Ogre Sixth Edition? Good news! Ogre Miniatures use the same scale as the Ogre Designer’s Edition and the Ogre Sixth Edition games. Each unit is sized for one hex. (Ogres, of course, take two hexes!)

In 2085, armored warfare is faster and deadlier than ever.
Hovercraft, tanks, and infantry slug it out with tactical nukes. But the most feared weapon of all needs no human guidance. It’s a giant cybernetic tank bristling with guns and missiles.
It’s the Ogre . . .

Ogre Miniatures is a competitive minis game where battles rage between super-intelligent, bloodthirsty AI-controlled tanks and squads of infantry, armor, and artillery that try to stop them. Its asymmetrical nature means you can be a singular giant Ogre and ruthlessly steamroll the humans in your way . . . or play the defenders, trying to defeat that behemoth at any cost. Or, with enough minis and table space, you can have all kinds of units on both sides!
Ogre Miniatures is an award-winning ruleset based on the classic 1977 board game Ogre (currently in its Sixth Edition). The core rules are small enough to fit on a double-sided sheet, but complex enough to offer countless strategies and scenarios. The minis offered here add new options for the thousands of existing Ogre Miniaturesfans. . . and if you’re new to the game, it’s also a great opportunity to dive into the world of Ogre!
Ogre is available in three formats:
- A large-format board game, Ogre Sixth Edition.
- Rules for play with miniatures, the award-winning Ogre Miniatures.
- The Ogre video game, available on PC/Steam, Nintendo Switch, Playstation, and Xbox.

Ogre Miniatures Set 4 contains more than 80 unpainted minis to add to your Ogre Miniatures collection.
Here’s the intel on what’s included . . .
Ogre MK I (x 2)
Before there was the Ogre Mk. V, before even the Mk. III, there was the Ogre Mk. I; the first cybertank. Introduced in 2060, the Mk. I has seen continuous service because it’s the only Ogre small enough to transport via conventional means. They are small compared to other Ogres but are hard to stop – especially in groups.
Ogre MK II (x 2)
Soon after the Ogre Mk. I came the Mk. II, the first to sport a varied weapons array. Although these units were later overshadowed by their larger descendants, they never went out of production and could be found in nearly every order of battle during the Last War.
Ranger Heavy Tank (x 8)
The Heavy Tank is the backbone of most conventional forces. For their cost, they pack a punch and can take a beating.

Yankee Light Tank (x 12)
The Yankee is a low-cost support unit. At half the cost of a Ranger, it’s easy to field a large number of Yankees to give the enemy a lot to think about. Its small size belies the respect it deserves; it packs a punch as big as a Raptor. Used well, it is an effective unit.

Raptor GEV (x 8)
The Raptor is the fastest unit on the battlefield. Raptors are unmatched in open-field battle due to their ability to dart in, attack, and retreat. Fire up a squadron and become a GEV-Jockey. Will you live long enough to become an Ace?

Gremlin LGEV (x 12)
The Gremlin Light GEV is the Raptor’s little brother. Just as fast and only half the cost of the Raptor, a swarm of Gremlins can overwhelm most units by sheer numbers.

Roadrunner GEV-PC (x 6)
Get your Infantry into battle quickly with the Roadrunner. It’s not as fast as the Raptor; its strength is in moving your troops faster than they could go on foot. Each Roadrunner comes with a full complement of three squads of Infantry, for a total of 18 in the set.

Banshee Missile Tank (x 6)
Keep out of range while you pound the enemy from a distance with the Banshee Missile Tank. While slower and not as well armored as most other units, they make up for it with range. The Banshee is an excellent support unit.

Alamo Superheavy Tank (x 6)
The “tank destroyer” Superheavy comes equipped with two main guns that can attack separately or with combined strength. The Alamo is unmatched on the battlefield by almost anything other than an Ogre (and they can give a good showing against a Mk. I.)! The Alamo is the most potent unit for its cost. Use it wisely.

Minotaur Howitzer (x 4)
Build a solid defense against the worst that the Paneuropeans can throw at you. The long range and massive firepower of the Minotaur has no rival on the battlefield; even Ogre missiles can’t match it at a distance. Be sure to partner it with a defensive screen of INF to protect its thin defense.

Bigfoot Mobile Howitzer (x 4)
Do damage from a distance, and then reposition to continue the assault with the Bigfoot Mobile Howitzer. While it doesn’t have quite the firepower of the Minotaur, it makes up for it by being able to move as the battle shifts. Don’t let your big guns get left out of the fray; add a Bigfoot today.

Combine Infantry (x 14)
Deploy your infantry to act as a screen for vehicles, or send them on the offensive. On their own, Infantry is slow and weak, but they are one of the most versatile units for taking advantage of the terrain, and they get stronger (both in attack and defense) when grouped together. Even an Ogre will think twice about overrunning Infantry in a town; they’re deadly in close-quarter battles. Each base comes with three squads for a total of 42 infantry units.

Doppelsoldner Tread Refit (x 2)
Do you have Ogre Miniatures Set 3? Do your Dopps have an underbite? Two sets of shorter front treads are included so your Ogres can put their best foot forward on the battlefield.

Ogre Miniatures Lite is the ultimate quick reference sheet for experienced Ogre players, or an excellent learning tool for new players! This two page PDF includes the most commonly referenced rules, the Combat Results Table, a handy visual reference guide, tactical advice, and a ruler marked for the unit ranges. And it’s a freebie!
The miniatures shown above were painted by Ben Williams. Ogre Miniatures Set 4 does not come pre-painted.
