SDCC Exclusive G.I. Joe Classified Series Figure Chuckles is going to comic con. This deluxe figure most likely be released at a later date with out the extras and packaging. You would just have to wait for it. This will be an online at the show exclusive tickets to buy online with limited amounts on Hasbro Pulse as well. The special look of Chuckles comes from a great ark in the IDW G.I.Joe Cobra 2009 Comic line. If you have not read it look it up.
