G.I. Joe Classified Series Dr. Mindbender SDCC & Hasbro Pulse Exclusive

As we had mentioned in our latest Toy Wizards G.I.Joe Round Table report. Hasbro will not be selling any products on the SDCC sales floor. They will be giving out QR codes at the event for attendees and limited quantity for Hasbro Pulse online. This figure will not be as limited as Zartan was last year by a factor of three. Why Best Buy still has a link up for the item is beyond my understanding.
