Lunchables, America’s favorite snack, is officially declaring itself a toy, built to create and be eaten by imaginative kids.
Lunchables is taking over FAO Schwarz in New York City with larger-than-life builds, including a Cracker Stacker rocket ship and Pepperoni Pizza UFO. To celebrate the toy store takeover, Lunchables is creating 30 limited-edition “Lunchabuilds” kits to be sold just in time for back-to-school.
Starting Friday, September 3rd at 11 am ET these specialty Lunchabuilds kits will be available for purchase for $100 exclusively online at FAOSchwarz.com. Each Lunchabuilds kit contains the iconic snack, a blueprint, themed 3D puzzle, instant camera and comes with a one-of-a-kind experience that inspires kids’ creativity and imagination.

There are three different varieties of the Lunchabuilds kits,10 of each, up to $2,050 in value:
- The Explorer Kit: This space-centric kit comes with a real-life Space Camp galactic experience (e.g. Camp Kennedy Space Center, Space Center Houston or Virginia Space Flight Academy) and the kit comes with a rocket ship blueprint for kids to create with their snack while they wait for camp.
- The Architect Kit: This budding builders’ kit comes with a real-life trip for kids and families to visit an architectural wonder in the U.S. (e.g. Empire State Building, Space Needle, Gateway Arch) and the kit comes with an Eiffel Tower blueprint for kids to create with their snack while they wait for their trip.
- The Biologist Kit: This animal lover kit comes with a visit to one of the best zoos in the country (e.g. San Diego Zoo, Bronx Zoo or Omaha Zoo) and a blueprint of a penguin for kids to create with their snack and be inspired before their trip.
