Sentinel Presents Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse SV-Action Peter B. Parker Figure

Sentinel always crushes it– the Japanese maker of premium toys basically takes the lead when it comes to action figure poseability and body movement. Here at Toy Wizards, we’ve had the immense pleasure of reviewing several of Sentinel’s figures before and each one is an absolute work of art. But today with the Peter B. Parker figure from Into The Spider-Verse we have a work of art with exaggerated cartoonish sensibilities. It’s really amazing to see the dynamic molding and paint used for this toy. I think there is a big push for toys, especially those based off cartoons, to be allowed to have stretched out, wild expressions. They need to look like they stepped out of the universe from which they came. Between Sentinel and Blitzway, we most certainly live in that era of cartoonish perfection.

  1. Well . . they can’t really “crush it” with this display. The mask has to be flipped up for him to drink from a coffee mug, which clearly isn’t in the design . . Kind of a stupid mistake, actually.
