The artistry of Weta Workshop Collectibles is set to reach a larger global audience following the announcement that Alliance Entertainment has exclusive wholesale distribution rights for business to business distribution of their products.
The partnership means Alliance Entertainment has exclusive distribution rights for collectibles from the New Zealand-based company to fans and collectors across North America, Central America, South America, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, The Middle East and African territories from 15 February 2021.
Weta Workshop Acting Head of Consumer Products, Kelly Tyson said she was thrilled Weta Workshop’s collectibles could now be enjoyed by even more collectors and film fans across the world.
“Collectors love Weta Workshop’s film work, and the same artistry we bring to film is in our collectibles. From limited edition made-to-scale figures and prop replicas from Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit trilogies, to mini and micro vinyl collectibles from The Dark Crystal, District 9, Ghostbusters and Middle-earth, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products.
