Transformers Generations Collaborative: Back to the Future Mash-Up, Gigawatt Figure Back in Stock for Preorder at Hasbro Pulse

Hasbro is letting you go back to buy Gigawatt again. If you missed out the first time, that is. Well we know when lighting strikes! Hasbro is doing another run of the out of time favorite Transformer time machine. You can pre order them now at Hasbro Pulse and they will arrive later this year. We have the pre existing links below as well if you just cant wait if they still have stock. Gigawatt is one of my top three toys of 2020. You can say I am a big fan when I did my review of this Delorean Transformer in a Delorean see link below.

Notes about the two versions– There was a limited to 1985 pieces version and mass market version. This has the tinted windows that was a very big gripe from the limited version– people did not like at all but paid so much more on the after market. So was that part of the plan from the the start, or did they listened to the fans on it? I love this Transformer and the Ectotron crossover we got as well. You really can’t make enough of these for my taste. Here are some side by sides to get a better look at the slight changes.

Transformers robots have always been: More Than Meets the Eye, but now, through the Transformers Collaborative, fans can experience these larger than life characters as they team-up, mash-up, and meet up with other characters, teams, and people who share this same special quality.

Great Scott! Worlds collide in this Transformers-Back to the Future mash-up pack! The iconic time machine from the 1985 Back to the Future movie is now Gigawatt, a time-traveling Transformers robot! When Marty and Doc Brown need a ride through time, Gigawatt is ready to fly! This Gigawatt figure features movie-inspired details inspired by the Back to the Future film, including Doc Brown-style goggles, a flux capacitor chest piece, and time circuits. In time machine mode, the gullwing doors open and his wheels rotate to produce a hovering effect as seen onscreen. Also includes blaster and whip antennae accessories. Converts from robot to time machine mode in 17 steps.

Gigawatt costs $29.99, ships August 2021, and is available for preorder today.

Gigawatt’s Top Gun cousin, Maverick, is also still available for preorder– it costs $49.99 at Hasbro Pulse.
