Toasty! One of the coolest announcements for San Diego Comic-Con (at home) was definitely the addition of new Mortal Kombat figures from Storm Collectibles. I don’t personally own any Storm pieces yet, but I know when I finally make the leap, it will be one of their Scorpion from MK figures. They are so beautiful, articulated, and striking as hell. And fortunately, BigBadToyStore has some of these 2020 Convention Exclusives available for preorder today!
From the video game Mortal Kombat, Storm Collectibles introduces the 1/12 scale SDCC 2020 exclusive Raiden figure featuring his red Player 2 outfit. Standing 7 inches tall, Raiden is highly articulated for making all his classic poses from the game and includes several interchangeable accessories and lightning effects.
The SDCC 2020 exclusive Scorpion 1/12 scale figure features an entirely new body with enhanced joints and articulation in addition to a wide array of accessories!
“Get Over Here!” Scorpion Hanzo Hasashi was once a member of the Japanese Shirai Ryu ninja Clan. Given the name Scorpion for his deadly fighting skills, his life was blessed with glorious kombat in the name of his Grand Master. His signature move is his spear and hellfire. When his mask is removed, his head is a (flaming) skull. Scorpion is a fan favorite, appearing regularly since Mortal Kombat Klassic.
Motaro is a centaur-like creature with ram-like horns and a long metallic rat-like tail—called a Centaurian—and is a mighty enemy, as he has an absolute immunity to projectile attacks and even repels long range attacks back at his opponents.
Storm is excited to unveil a fan-favorite Kombatant from their incredible lineup of Mortal Kombat figures: Motaro!
Standing approximately 9.4 inches tall in his 4-legged glory, Motaro has got it all for your display. Multiple head and hand parts, a flame projectile, and even a fully articulated bloody skeleton are included to indicate his victory over his poor opponent!
