During this COVID-19 quarantine when retail stores have either shuttered their doors or are only able to sell online, it’s important to give some love to the brick and mortar toy/comic book shop.
Today on Toy Wizards, we’re giving some love to They’re Action Figures in Dover, Delaware.
While they are not featuring any specific sales right now, they are well known for their “Dollar Book Island”, where owner Walter Carrol sells thousands of comics for just $1. The shop also features online claim sales through its Facebook Page, and sells many actions figures and statues. The store is a full service comic book shop with a subscription service, sells a large variety of Funko Pop! figures (3 for $20) and even features a consignment section as well.
