David Silva and his Creative Beast Studio has launched its next Kickstarter. The Beasts of the Mesozoic Ceratopsian Series Action Figures. This is his second series following up the success of The Beasts of the Mesozoic Raptor Series. This next series we are having much larger and scaled creatures to play with. These are scientifically accurate sculptures that we can play with in our Star Wars, GIJoe, or and damn thing we want they are action figures. There is a lot on this wave and a couple of scales from 1/18 GIJoe scale to 1/6 scale 12 inch GIJoe. The kickstarter is in tires by how much you want to commit. Starting small with a pin or postcards and then Dinosuar by dino or sets with stretch goals as well to hit. they also tease the next wave The Beasts of the Mesozoic Tyrannosaur Series!
There is a really neat tier in this wave Ezra Tucker did a print for the line that is also the box art. Ezra Tucker is best known for the art on the classic Dino Riders Toy line.
Here is the print and the box art offered in this Kick starter.
The Beasts of the Mesozoic: Ceratopsian Series picks up where the Raptor Series left off, with a focus on scientific accuracy, detail, functionality, and imagination! With this second series, the Beasts of the Mesozoic line strives to improve upon all of these qualities while adding more diversity of dinosaur species and larger, more varied figures thus recreating a time in which wildlife flourished in ways we humans have never witnessed. Some species offered here will be very familiar while others present new opportunities for discovery, much like when we first learned of these amazing creatures in our formative years.
