Lio Convoy is the Optimus Prime of Transformers Beast Wars II– not Optimus Primal of Beast Wars, or Mammoth Convoy of Beast Wars Neo. Got all of that?
So, there is a bit more cartoony look to him in this version that is cartoon accurate and not the toy version. As the Masterpiece collection already has the Beast Wars Optimus Primal in both Toy version and Cartoon color, we can expect to see variant versions of this one as well, I am sure.
Lio Convoy is very popular in Japan and had mutiple toy versions not to mention a re issued Mammoth Convoy recently. We are getting so many Primal Primes I dont know what to do anymore.
