Toy Wizards readers know that we are huge fans of the custom action figure community, as well as avid robot collectors. If you’ve been with us for a few minutes, the name Tom Hughes shouldn’t come as a surprise anymore.

 

His brilliant work done by him and his team of designers/toy makers have yielded some breathtaking results. I personally own four of his robot creations: Tik Tok from Return to Oz, Voltes V, Zone Fighter from the Godzilla franchise, and Jet Jaguar from the Godzilla franchise. Well, ladies and gentlemen– I’m about to adopt a fifth.

And he…is…huge.

Tom and his team have just completed a 2 foot tall (2.2 feet including rear canon) Megatron from the Transformers franchise. He is 14.25 inches wide, 3D printed from Solutech Real White PLA, and painted by Tom himself. He costs $450 (which includes shipping) and is only available in the US.
