Woo hoo! We got a new Transformer from Takara Tomy’s Masterpiece line!
Hound was the original buddy to Spike in my universe. Somehow Bumblebee got all the credit later on, but it should have been Hound. Yeah, I would have hung out with Hound- man he was a cool Jeep and could make Holograms! What does Bumblebee really do other than make a mess and get caught? Spike would have been much better sticking to hound.
This new Transformers Masterpiece figure is everything and I mean everything I would have wanted as both a kid and now as a adult. The articulated Spike figure is fantastic and a hologram driver Spike as well! This blows my mind. But wait, there is more! Keys what, they gave us a Ravage Key on his belt. This is amazing and very cartoon accurate. I am not sure of the canopy added on, but hey, it makes a shield. Takara Tomy/Hasbro are knocking this out of the park today 5 stars from me.
