While this is not yet an active link, Walmart (we know, we know, the frustration is never ending with these Walmart toys) has created a landing page for NECA’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1991 Movie) – 7” Scale Action Figure – Stealth Super Shredder. This toy will be on its way soon, so if you’re a collector who wants to preorder and be done, this might be your best bet here. Toy Wizards will keep fans posted of preorder dates and times, but otherwise, once this toy ships to Walmart store, your best bet is to get out there and hunt.
