The busted out rumors of Power Rangers Lightning Collection Wave 8 have been confirmed by online retailer ToyWiz.com. At this point, what was once a trend is now the norm. ToyWiz is well known for breaking street dates on pre orders and higher than average pre order prices. All of these figures will be available for normal retail pre orders shortly. The real question is if we will still get these in spectrum boxes at Target?
