McFarlane Toys has been hitting it out of the park with their DC Multiverse line of figures. This is a incredible line up from the hit comic series Dark Knights Metal. I have nothing but positive things to say about the line itself. However it is yet another Walmart exclusive line that bat punches the face of comic book retailers that really could have used this in their stores. No to mention the other issues with any Walmart Collectible toy which you can read all about here.
These figure are fantastic– they really stretch what you would not normally see in a toy store. It is not yet another Killer Croc or Scarecrow figures they are the most evil versions of Batman in the DC Multiverse. They look that part to a T. That also means they don’t play nice. Best of luck preordering them or hunting old school. I know I will be crossing my fingers and wishing it was some other way to get them safely. Thank you again to McFarlane for really thinking outside the box on this series of action figures and giving us what we never expected.
