Plush Art Club’s latest official online release goes live today at 11 A.M. PST!

“Madness is the EMERGENCY exit!”

Hot off the sell-through success of their first online release based on Insomniac’s 2018 smash hit game “Spider-Man”, Plush Art Club and artist Chun Lo have revealed their next incredible piece, commemorating both the 80th anniversary of the Joker, and the tenth anniversary of the breakthrough “Batman: Arkham Asylum” video games by Rocksteady Games!

Written by the man most responsible for the classic “Batman: The Animated Series”, Paul Dini, “Batman: Arkham Asylum set a new standard in both video-gaming and the legacy of the Dark Knight, and Plush Art Club and Chun Lo have captured Batman’s most dangerous and compelling villain in all his gruesome glory!

The artist of the piece, Chun Lo, was also responsible for Plush Art Club’s extremely popular “Spider-Man” print, which was a same day sell -out.

“I was honored to have had the opportunity of illustrating a print for Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Asylum.” Lo said. “It was one of my favorite games growing up, featuring by far my favorite superhero, Batman. The game was extraordinarily faithful to the lore and characterizations, especially to the Dark Knight’s Rogue’s gallery, yet it didn’t fail to surprise with it’s own original vision. A standout design I felt was Joker’s, one that was so familiar yet unique for the series. With the 80th anniversary of the character coming up, I felt what better way to celebrate than to illustrate the Clown Prince of Crime officially. For the piece, I really wanted to show the Joker as the chaotic, scheming, maniacal presence that he is. Despite Batman’s looming shadow over him you can still tell he was in control of what’s to come. It was a complete joy to illustrate the Joker and for those avid Arkham fans out there. I’m sure you’ll be able to pick out a surprise in the details.”

The prints will go live on April 24th, 11:00 a.m. PDT, and judging by Plush Art Club’s last release, will probably not last long, so don’t miss out! Become a Pen Pal and follow our friends over at https://plushart.club for this, and future releases!
