Mattel Reveals New Mandalorian Baby Yoda Plush (And we hope this is the nail on The Child Merch coffin)

I think I’ve finally hit Baby Yoda merchandise fatigue.

Yes– it has finally happened.

Newly announced from Mattel, we have another 8 inch Baby Yoda plush. I like its affordability, but I don’t think it is especially nice looking. I’m hopeful that children and/or other Baby Yoda fans love him and give it a good home, but for me, I look at this sucker amidst the oceans of Baby Yoda toy announcements and go “Eh…I think we’re good.” Especially after the (what I consider to be) perfect looking figure announced by Hot Toys last week.

The Mandalorian Baby Yoda aka The Child 8 inch plush from Mattel cost $14.99 and can be preordered today from BigBadToyStore. It will ship September 2020.
