October means it is almost Halloween! First up in Kotobukiya’s announcements for #NYCC is their completed sculpt for Beetlejuice! Be one of the first to see Beetlejuice in person at the Kotobukiya booth (#1466) and be spooked by this beautiful #BISHOUJO statue. Although seriously, this statue is adorable. I really hope that they give her some gnarly face paint in the completed piece, because while this version of sexy Beetlejuice would make for a cute cosplay or something, we need that gnarly face paint! Come on, gory can still be KAWAII!

As if that wasn’t enough clown trauma… Pennywise will be joining the BISHOUJO line! Keep an eye out for official illustration to be showcased on Kotobukiya’s social media accounts within the coming months!

Personally, I’m super curious to see this piece. But why does it look like she’s holding a gun? Maybe Pennywise the clown officially cuts the crap and taps into what adults are truly afraid of– being shot in the damn face! Who is with me?!
