Within a day of showing off the new Sailor Moon Eternal “movie trailer” (spoiler, it doesn’t move), Bandai shows off five new little treats, and they’re coming in November 2019 (which is way sooner than the Dream Arc of Sailor Moon Crystal). 

With an MSRP of $19 and some change, these Figurarts Mini pieces are adorable. Fans of Sailor Moon know how amazingly Bandai crushed it when those Sailor Moon S.H. Figurarts and Figurarts Zero toys flooded the market. Some of them go for nearly $100 now, like Black Lady and Sailor Pluto. It’s really nice to have another figure option that falls somewhere between Figurarts and Petite Chara.

You can choose from Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Venus (click on their names to go to their individual preorder pages). Their articulation is limited, but you can pose their arms.

These remind me of the figures you could find at Toys R Us and Barnes and Noble a few years back. So, in a way these feel somewhat familiar and rehashed, but I still just find them so cute and charming.
