Four NECA TMNT two packs have popped up in Target’s system. These are listed as Cartoon Leo, Mikey, Raph, and Don and come coupled with Foot Soldiers, Krang and Shredder! Basically the 2017 SDCC sets split into four two-packs. They are showing an in store retail price of $51.99 ea.
Great news for those that missed out on the arcade game themed NECA Turtles! we can assume that these one’s will feature regular matte paint jobs and drop the pixel-like look the exclusive sets had.

Where is that first image from? Is it perhaps a fan repaint of the tmnt box set set we already got (they had much darker coloring).
